Appointment Policy
We see office visits by appointment.  We see pets in the following order.

  •     Emergencies

  •     Appointments

  •     Walk-ins


For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

Pre-Surgical Policy
All surgical procedures are performed with the safest and most modern anesthetic agents under strict sterile conditions.  Elective surgical procedures are scheduled with our receptionists and are performed Monday through Friday in the morning.  Remember, if your pet is scheduled for surgery DO NOT FEED or give water after midnight the night before or the morning of the procedure.

All dogs must be current on vaccines

  •     Rabies vaccine

  •     DA2P-PV vaccine

  •     Physical exam within the past 6 months by one of our doctors


All cats must be current on vaccines

  •     Rabies vaccine

  •     FVRCP vaccine

  •     Physical exam within the past 6 months by one of our doctors


 Overnight Patients
We do not provide 24 hour care.  We believe that most non-critical pets are happier and less stressed at home in their familiar surroundings.  If we think your pet will need additional attention and care, we will refer you to an after-hours emergency facility.
